Located at the sea front of Copacabana beach in Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Brazil, the 12-story building has a total floor area of 4,523 sqm, spread over two levels of podium with a double height entrance lobby, mezzanine with a lounge bar, two swimming pools, sauna and gym facilities. The residential units are spread over 9 typical floors with 3 units per floor, being the last two levels composed of 3 duplex units.
Being the only Brazilian in the project, I had an important role in meeting with clients and consultants and researching and liaising with Brazilian suppliers. I was responsible for the interior layout of the apartments, the entrance Lobby, the rooftop area, the design and development of the parametric façade louver elements and the production of 3D printed models.
