Located within the established streetscape of St Kilda Road, the design enables residents to make full advantage of its excellent location within Melbourne. The 19-storey (64.4m), 33600m2, AUD$330million project houses 158 luxury residences of between one to five bedrooms that range in size from 70m2 to 556m2, plus 200 car parking spaces, and ground-level retail. The fluidity of the design builds on the expertise in delivering complex architectural geometries and computational parametric design and optimization algorithm, a process that enables the creation of the building’s sculpted elements that would have otherwise been cost prohibitive.

I was the main designer of the interior amenities, where I was responsible for the 3D design and rationalization package.
