Competition | Concept Design
Competition for a new 200 mt tower at 201 Elizabeth St, Sydney for a property developer. The tower is located near the Central Station in Sydney, replacing an existing building. The programme includes Residential, Office and Retail. Size: 60,000 sqm/50 stories.
I was responsible for the planning and distribution of the interior public areas of the hotel. Studied and developed detailed sections for the special façade elements, which comprised variable slab dimension and planters. Contributed with the production of the final report by producing diagrams and images to describe the project.
