Competition

Competition for the design of a new residential development with mixed-used Retail/Cultural podium in Iasi.

Sitting between the historical centre and the new developments on the west side of the city, the project assumes a fundamental role on facilitat- ing the process of organic growth. Its position offers the opportunity to act - physically and metaphorically - as a link between HERITAGE and INNOVATION: marrying Iasi’s rich heritage with the city’s unwavering optimism for the future. Within this framework, the proposal aims to achieve four specific objectives: create a New Urban Pole between Heritage and Innovation, amplify pedestrian connectivity through the public Realm, design a green and sustainable Environment, and provide a successful development of the highest quality.
