Concept Design

Mixed-use development consisting of ultra luxury branded residences and hotel to be operated by a luxury hotel brand. Developed with a very limited budget and short deadline, the project was well received by the client as a competitive product to the market.

I produced several studies for the tower and podium massing for the feasibility study, as well as the landscape concept, and later was responsible for designing the public areas of the project, including the podium and its façade.
